INDLELA YOKWENZA
Qala uyenze shushu ionti ifike ku-200C.
Thambisa ngamafutha iitin zelofu ezimbini.

1.	Yenza shushu ubisi nemagarini de imagarini inyibilike. Yiyeke iphole. 2. sefa izithako ezomileyo ndawonye. Galela INCP INSTANT DRY YEAST , xubisisa. 
3. Qhuqha amaqanda ngobisi oludikidiki, galela umxube kwizithako ezomileyo. Xuba, xovisisa de intlama ibe bunwebeka kodwa ingabi ncangathi (malunga ne-10 lemizuzu). Sibekela, yiyeke inyuke kakhulu endaweni efudumeleyo.
4.	Yibhambathe, yixove kancinci. Intlama yahlukanise kabini. Ntlama nganye yiqengqe ibe buxande (3Ocm x 24cm) ibe ngqingqwa nge-10mm.
5.	Qaba ijam ilingane kwintlama nganye ebuxande. Yiqengqe ibe nde oku
kweSwiss roll , emiqukumbelweni yivale ngci ngamanzi.
6.	Yifake kwiitin zelofu eziqatywe amafutha ezimbini, imiqukumbelo inamathele kumphantsi. Sibekela, yiyeke inyuke kakhulu.
7.	Bhaka ama-20 emizuzu kwionti oyenze yashushu kuqala. Khupha eontini , umngaphezulu wubrashe ngomxube wokumenyezelisa. Bhaka elinye i-15 lemizuzu de kube nombala ogolide -mdaka. Brasha ngomnye umxube wokwenza kunyibilike, kuyeke kuphole.
